2024-2025 Annual Tuition & Fees (K-12)

Sacred Heart Catholic School is committed to access, diversity, and a belief that Catholic education should be available to those who desire it. As such, we are committed to maintaining affordable tuition. This is accomplished through family support of local parish tithing, private donations, and school fundraising efforts (all of which provide for school subsidies), as well as volunteer support hours. We offer need-based tuition assistance scholarships through partners organizations, as well as with our donor directed school funds. The amount of aid offered to each family depends on the amount of money available and individual family circumstances and, as such, may vary somewhat from student to student. To assist the school's Financial Assistance Committee in determining financial need, the school uses FACTS, an outside service that collects and processes all financial assistance paperwork. All completed applications and corresponding documents are confidential and decisions are made by our administration.

Anticipated costs at Sacred Heart:

  • Application fee for new students ($50/student); re-enrollment fee for new students ($30/student)
  • Fees (to cover the cost of books, materials, etc) - due at registration - $375/student
  • Tuition - Tuition is due the first of each month, beginning in August at Registration. Payments may be made monthly for 10 months.
  • Sacred Heart Catholic School is funded through four sources: tuition, tuition assistance organizations (such as ACE and Growing Catholic Education), donations, and parish subsidy.  Your contributions to parish collections and school fundraisers allow us to make tuition affordable for our families.
