Q2 EFA:
EFA FUNDS for quarer 2 should be available 10.28.25. Payment requests for tuition and fees will be sent through classwallet then as well. You will receive an email (which may land in your junk or spam folder) or you can login into app.classwallet.com and go directly to "Payment Request." You will see the request from Sacred Heart Catholic School. Click the "eye" icon to see it. Click accept. Click the check box and in the pop-up box, select the matching expense category and be sure to select the correct wallet from the drop-down menu (25-26 EFA), click continue. At the next screen, check the 25-26 EFA, click continue and click accept. In the popup box, check "I agree."
NOTE: ADE confirmed issues with completing the process on phones and if they are not yet resolved, you should be able to on a computer. NO INVOICE IS NEEDED FOR EFA PAYMENTS.

NEW EFA FAMILIES:
A family received the email from ClassWallet to notify them they were funded, but their balance still says $0.
This family likely needs to accept the affidavit for the 25-26 purse. Once they accept the affidavit, the funds will be visible in the balance tile and available for use. They will have to accept the affidavit for each student on the account.
