Beginning Monday, March 9, families who log in to ClassWallet will see a pop-up message immediately upon logging in that reads “Action Required: Pending Survey.”
Families will have two options:
- Complete Now
- Remind Me Later
If they select “Remind Me Later,” they may continue their ClassWallet session as usual. However, the same pop-up will appear each time they log in until the survey is completed or the renewal deadline passes on June 1, 2026.
Students with Multiple Accounts
Families with multiple students participating in the EFA program will need to complete a separate renewal survey for each student. When they switch between student accounts in ClassWallet, they will be prompted with the survey pop-up for the currently selected student. Because of this, it is important that families confirm which student account they are logged into before completing the survey, as they will be asked to enter information specific to that student, including:
- The student’s grade level for next year
- The school the student plans to attend
If needed, families may switch to another student account, complete that student’s survey, and return later to complete the survey for the student whose account they logged into originally.
Completing the Survey
If a family selects “Complete Now,” they will be redirected to the survey site where they will:
- Answer the renewal survey questions
- Indicate the student’s grade and school for the upcoming school year
- Submit the survey
Please note:
- All questions are required.
- The survey cannot be submitted unless every question is answered. There is an error message that will show them the questions left unanswered when they try to submit.
- Families may exit the survey before finishing, but their answers will not be saved, and they will be prompted to complete the survey again the next time they log in.
Who Must Complete the Renewal Survey
Any student who was approved for the EFA program this year must complete the renewal survey if they wish to participate in the program next year. This includes students who withdrew from the program during the current year. Those families will still complete renewal through ClassWallet. Their accounts will be temporarily reactivated to allow them to access the survey, although their purses will remain suspended during this process.
New Students for 2026–27
As a reminder, the renewal survey is only for students who have previously been approved for the EFA program. Any new students who plan to participate in EFA for the first time next year must complete an application through FACTS. The application will also be available March 9th at:

Encouraging Early Completion
We are encouraging families to complete the renewal survey as soon as possible to help ensure their place in the program for the upcoming school year.
